When they have reached level 7, they are promoted to yellow belt in Taekwon-do and can join in the Taekwon-do programme at Newcastle Black belt Academy. They will enter the world of Taekwon-do better prepared, physically and mentally prepared to learn life changing self- defence skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Your child will learn to set goals, build confidence and have a positive attitude. Taekwon-do kids will improve your child\u2019s basic motor skills as well as positive mental skills. These skills will help your child enter society with a confident and enthusiastic outlook, become a better student at school, a better listener at home and become more ambitious towards future goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.71429; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We believe that the ages of 4 \u2013 7 years are the most important years of a child\u2019s development.
